1) การสั่งซื้อสินค้า

คำสั่งซื้อจะถือว่าสมบูรณ์เมื่อบริษัทได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือปฏิเสธคำสั่งซื้อที่มีข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง สินค้าหมด หรือพบพฤติกรรมที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายหรือมีความเสี่ยงต่อการทุจริต โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งเหตุผลล่วงหน้า

2) ราคาและสินค้า

ราคาสินค้าทั้งหมดแสดงเป็นสกุลเงินบาท (THB) บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา โปรโมชั่น รายละเอียดสินค้า หรือยุติการจำหน่ายสินค้าโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

3) ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

รูปภาพสินค้า วิดีโอ โลโก้ กราฟิก ข้อความ งานออกแบบ และเนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ LAVISTA SHOPPING MALL ซึ่งได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และกฎหมายเครื่องหมายการค้า ห้ามคัดลอก ดาวน์โหลด ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ หรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัท

4) ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ

บริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย ความล่าช้า หรือเหตุขัดข้องที่เกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต เหตุสุดวิสัย หรือสถานการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัท

 

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และข้อพิพาทใด ๆ จะอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลไทย
