1) 订单流程

当公司确认收到付款后，订单方视为完成。若发现订单信息不准确、商品售罄，或出现可能导致损失或存在欺诈风险的行为，公司有权在无需事先通知的情况下取消或拒绝该订单。

2) 价格与商品

所有商品价格均以泰铢 (THB) 显示。公司保留更改价格、促销活动、商品详情或停止销售商品的权利，恕不另行通知。

3) 知识产权

网站上的所有商品图片、视频、标志、图形、文字、设计及内容均为 LAVISTA SHOPPING MALL 的知识产权，受版权法和商标法保护。未经公司书面许可，严禁复制、下载、修改、发布或用于商业用途。

4) 免责声明

对于因物流服务商、互联网系统、不可抗力或公司无法控制的情况所导致的损失、延迟或故障，公司概不负责。

 

本条款与条件受泰国法律管辖，任何争议均由泰国法院管辖。
